About Julia
| My name is Julia, I have recently completed a PhD thesis in Russian history at the University of Melbourne. For the past six years I have been lecturing and tutoring at the University of Melbourne in the Russian Revolution course. I have also been employed as a residential tutor at Janet Clarke Hall, one of the University’s residential colleges. I have an extensive experience in teaching history as well as in developing essay writing skills among the University undergraduates. I can help students not only to find their way through the maze of Russian (and any other European and world) history but also to develop their analytical skills, to express their thoughts clearly and to communicate complex ideas in a comprehensive and engaging way. As a native Russian speaker, I can also be of assistance to students with intermediate language skills, especially if they require intensive training in preparation to overseas trips of exchange programs. |
