About Seti
| I take satisfaction observing students achievements, knowing that my contribution has impacted positively. I am available on weekends between 10am – 1pm and Mondays between 4.30pm – 7.30pm.
Sessions are for one hour duration and undertaken at my home. Tutoring is available for high school students in years 7 to 12. In the initial session an assessment will be made of students to establish the nature of tutoring required and a plan will be drawn towards identified target goals. Experience Having studied maths in year 12 high school followed by more complex mathematics at tertiary level towards my Engineering degree and later my Masters of Engineering I posses a solid and thorough knowledge of mathematics. I have been a tutor in maths to two younger brothers at high school level who have both followed through to study engineering at university. Over the years I have also tutored children of family and friends during their high school years. My technique of tutoring is geared towards building a solid foundation in understanding the core concepts of different areas of mathematics. This will empower students to feel confident in problem solving and approaching various exam questions. |
