About Nelson
| I am currently a second-year biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne, having graduated as Dux Proximus of Haileybury College in 2009 with an ENTER score of 99.90.
I performed strongly in English Language and French with unscaled study scores of 45 and 48, respectively. I have a strong knowledge of the material in both of these subjects and I am able to clearly explain the concepts covered in English Language. English language tuition includes the following: - explanations of concepts, with accompanying notes - short quizzes to consolidate knowledge - supervised practice SACs + corrections - advice with essay-writing I am very confident in my knowledge of French and I am capable of actively participating in conversations with ease. I was also the winner of the prestigious Berthe Mouchette competition held by the Alliance Francaise, both in Year 11 and Year 12. French tuition entails: - conversational training - detailed study work - grammar work - essay-writing Owing to an unfortunately packed university timetable, my availability is limited to Wed 9.00am-12.00pm and roughly after 6.00pm most weekdays. I conduct tuition uniquely at the University of Melbourne for practical reasons and I apologise for not being able to accommodate for travel, owing to my timetable.
