About Andrew
Hi, my name is Andrew. My qualifications include an Honours degree (History), Bachelor of Arts (majors in history, sociology and psychology), a Diploma in Education and an Associated Diploma of Business. My major areas of study for my Diploma of Education were history and psychology.

I have extensive knowledge and practical experience in teaching, lecturing and tutoring students. I have been involved in both Tertiary and Secondary areas of education – working as a sessional tutor/lecturer at La Trobe University and as a class room teacher (teaching across years 7 to 11)in a secondary school.

I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal communication, which have been invaluable in assisting students in the development of their subject knowledge, to complete assignments, prepare for oral presentations, develop study skills, and prepare for tests and exams.

My interests are music, film, history, sport, reading and creative writing. I have completed a thesis on the Chaffey’s (Honours), and a paper on European settlement in the County of Millewa as well as researching and collating information for a history of the settlement of the County. I have just completed a Masters of Arts (History).
