About Cheryl
| I have just completed a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education with Victoria University. During this I spent time in schools teaching various year levels and subjects. These include year 9 SOSE, Year 8 English, Year 7 Mathematics, Year 11 Accounting, Year 11 Business Management, Year 11 Business Admin. Previously completing my Bachelor of Business with majors in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
During my sessions I focus on 'learning by doing' and 'learning whilst having fun'. Therefore you will see us playing games during sessions but these games are designed with maths concepts and logic in mind. During our first session I will ask the to show me their current ability level through various short exercises. and I can therefore tailor future sessions around particularly difficult concepts and to understand their classwork. |
