About Melody
I have just completed my teaching degree (P-12) with my final grade of 100%. I have taught primary and secondary students in a range of schools for over 4 years. I am passionate about teaching and learning. My professional philosophy is as follows:

"I shall endeavour to invigorate students every time they enter the classroom. Every lesson seeks to inspire questions, challenge existing boundaries, foster further learning and encourage students to work to the best of their ability. Understanding the diversity of learning styles and students’ experiences is the key to enhancing this engagement. The process I work to stimulate student engagement is unique to each individual and setting. I am passionate about finding the most effective ways of stimulating and sustaining intellectual and emotional growth. Learning is a complex process that is individual, content and context specific. As a teacher, I am attentive to these factors and work to be flexible, adapting my approaches according to the needs of the learners, subject matter and setting."
