About Martin
As a current teacher in a school of an exceptional academic standard, I am constantly updating and improving my skills and knowledge as a Biology, Science and Maths teacher and am very familiar with the requirements of each curricula. This is especially relevant with regards to the very stringent requirements of the current VCE Biology study design. I am currently teaching year 12 Biology and have assisted students in producing outstanding results both as a teacher and a tutor.

I believe that the most important aspect of being an effective tutor is to recognize that every student has their own learning style and individual set of strengths and abilities. No two students are the same and therefore cannot be taught in exactly the same way.

Most importantly, I strive to increase each students confidence in the subject for which I am tutoring. I do not believe that any student can claim to not have a 'maths brain' or a 'science brain'. Ability is simply a matter of confidence, exposure, and developing a genuine interest in the subject.
