About Matthew
Hi,

My name is Matt. I am a patient, friendly and affordable tutor. I have an excellent understanding of all the subjects I offer. My classes are interesting and I always try to get the student to attain a level of independent thinking which is vital for their own success.

As a former VCE student I have achieved excellent results in all of my VCE studies. In VCE I achieved an ENTER of 99.25, placing me within the top 1% of students within Victoria for 2008.

This result demonstrates my competency at studying at a VCE level, while also showing that I have a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve a high benchmark of performance in Years 11 and 12.

I also have a thorough knowledge of individual subjects, achieving a RAW study score of 48 for English, 46 for History: Revolutions, 45 for International Studies, 44 for Art, 42 for Religion and Society, 41 for Visual Communication and Design and 40 for English Literature.

As well as this, I achieved a High Distinction in University Enhancement History and Politics which I undertook during Year 12.

In my 2008 GAT (General Achievement Test) I obtained a result of 40/40 for written communication.

Utilising my knowledge of both humanities and creative arts subjects I am able to communicate ideas easily with students. This enables me to deliver the experience, competency and improvement that you look for.

Due to the series of VCE subjects I undertook during Years 11 and 12 I specialise predominantly in tutoring subjects pertaining to humanities and creative arts. I have no doubt that the services I provide, if accompanied by conscientious effort from the student, will produce a positive improvement in academic results.

I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Laws at Monash University.

If you are interested do not hesitate to contact me,

Regards,

Matt
